Toyota 86 Series Race 3: Wilson Security Sandown
"It was looking good from the start after gaining a few spots.
But with an exhaust failure causing power issues later in the race. It
was a hard slog at the end, we were getting eaten alive on the

Driver Kane Baxter-Smith was happy with the racing enjoying battles with Leanne Tander and John Goodacre.
Race 2 was disappointing for Team BSR after car 81 ran us off the road
at Turn 1 from the start of the race, the resulting damage caused the
ABS to fail and reduced straight line speed.

Race 3 had tricky conditions with the race starting on a wet track, we
started from 26th and managed to push forward conservatively to finish
"It was important to keep the car clean for Bathurst in a couple of
weeks time... We pushed forward without making contact with a single
